COACHING
METHODS
We coach using traditional and progressive training methods to provide a completely personalised training program that suits your personal goals, needs, values and preferences.
We use whole body vibration as a training and recovery tool. We also use ViPR training tools to offer progressive loaded movement exercises that are fun, challenging – engaging the body and the brain.
We use specialised testing equipment for high performance athletes, rehabilitation clients and the general population.

Would you like to get back to training after an injury, learn how to safely exercise, or increase their movement?
We work alongside physiotherapists in Guildford and the local area to help clients complete successful rehab programs.
We also provide safe pre-surgery and post-surgery exercise and workout programs.
To perfect your training progress, we can also exchange information and work with your allied health providers.
