Looking for a supportive way to help your child build strength, confidence, and healthy habits? Our private and small group personal training sessions for under 16s are tailored to young bodies and minds, focusing on safe, age-appropriate fitness in a welcoming environment.
With sessions personalised for youth development, athletics, and overall wellbeing, including support for special needs and NDIS funded services.
We work closely with each teen to improve strength, movement, and confidence. No gym membership or experience required.
All teen training programs start with an initial consultation. Initial consultations are $130.
